Ayman Talal Maghrabi

Ayman Maghrabi received the bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and the master’s degree in Engineering Management from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), and the master’s degree in Telecom Engineering from The University of Sydney. He is currently the General Manager of Spectrum Assignment with Communications, Space, and Technology Commission (CST). He is responsible for all frequency licensing in Saudi Arabia, including spectrum auctions. He was also a wireless communications engineer in charge of planning, designing, and implementing critical communication networks to support oil and gas applications, public safety communications, and civil application
